We are a modern software house.
Our main goal is to create complex systems easily and user-friendly. We design them so that they have real added value for our clients. We work in small agile teams, where work between colleagues is closely connected. We are not a corporation, we work on several smaller or larger projects at once, our people often rotate between them.
Your daily work will be:
- testing of SW applications and systems, in order to make sure of their functionality and performance before their deployment in production
- preparation of test data, design of test scenarios and plans, determination of technical means for the implementation of testing
- preparation of automated tests
- definition and creation of test scenarios and scripts run and maintenance of created scripts
- performing tests and reporting results
- performing functional or non-functional tests
- evaluating and reporting the quality status of the tested application or the tested system
- support for the customer during acceptance tests
- development of the testing department
- conducting presentations and training for customers
- support in ensuring the quality of the software development process
- preparation of documentation, administration of the Jira system

Personality prerequisites and skills
As a tester, you should also have strong analytical thinking and understand IT project management. We are looking for people who have experience with:
- integration, system and acceptance testing
- automation of testing
- with stress or safety testing
- testing enterprise web applications
The advantage is if you have the following experience:
- experience with testing tools (Borland, HP, IBM, OpenSource)
- scripting experience
- experience in testing mobile applications
- experience in managing a team of testers
We also expect certain personal preconditions - especially analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
* With the offered salary, we will consider your experience and skills at the interview. We want to reward fairly, according to your contribution to our company. For candidates with more experience and longer experience, we also offer a higher basic salary component (+ project rewards, motivational rewards ....). For self-employed persons, the remuneration is invoiced on the basis of the delivered work.
