The purpose of this document is to inform you about the way JUMP handles the personal data it records about you, your rights in the processing of your personal data and, where applicable, the conditions under which you give your consent to the processing of your personal data. The scope of processed personal data is determined mainly by the type of Agreement and the scope of JUMP's obligations arising from this Agreement or legal obligations.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and veracity of the personal information you provide to JUMP and JUMP will rely on the accuracy, completeness and veracity of that personal information. If JUMP learns or finds that any personal data it records about you is incorrect, complete or true, JUMP will arrange for their correction or deletion.
If there is any change in your personal data, notify the manager without undue delay to your manager or the contact person in charge of resolving personal data protection issues at JUMP in accordance with the company's organizational structure.
Your personal data obtained during the conclusion of the Agreement between you and JUMP will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship established by the Agreement and after the termination of this contractual relationship for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and to fulfill JUMP's legal obligations. After this period, your data will be deleted.
By default, we do not provide your personal data outside the European Economic Area. In some cases, we will provide your personal information to our clients, for whom you will perform your work or services on behalf of JUMP. These clients may also be located outside the European Economic Area. In this case, we will always provide only completely basic and necessary personal contact information.
As a JUMP employee, you acknowledge that there are recording cameras at your workplace that monitor entrances and escape exits. The pictogram indicates the presence of cameras before entering the operating premises.

JUMP does not use a camera system to monitor employees in their work positions or in areas where their privacy could be compromised.
JUMP is entitled to provide personal data for processing to its intermediaries who supply their services to JUMP, in particular to external partners who provide JUMP with payroll and accounting services, legal advisers, auditors, economic advisers, suppliers of employee attendance systems, camera suppliers. system, suppliers of staff training services and others.
JUMP will ensure that these persons (intermediaries) process personal data only on the basis of a contract and that they follow the instructions of JUMP as well as the conditions of GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act as amended and other legal regulations when processing your personal data.

JUMP also makes your personal data available:
