Slovak publishing house - TREND - approached us with a request to develop a custom information system. The aim of the project was to combine several existing systems into one, covering the management processes within the entire company. First, we had to get a solid grasp of those processes and then design and code a functional solution which would save both time and money of the company.
Slovak Post operates the largest branch network in Slovakia, managing over 1,500 different offices. Because of he size of the network, asset management posed a major challenge for the company. We developed a business intelligence system for the Slovak Post that improves the management of their assets. In addition to tracking the state of its assets, the system allows the Post to create simulations, projections and impact studies of planned or performed operations with its assets.
